随着我国科学技术的发展和人民生活保健意识的提高，医院药房传统的“调剂”服务模式，已不再适应社会发展要求。为了提高医疗服务质量，维护人民健康，探索新形势下的药房发展趋势，成为现今药房管理工作中急需解决的问题，也是我们每个药房工作者需要思考和关心的问题。该文通过探讨我国现行医疗体制下药房工作模式所显现出来的弊端，有针对性地提出了未来药房发展所面临的几种趋势。%With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living health awareness, hospital pharmacy traditional"swap"service model, no longer meet the requirements of social development.
