临床路径管理在泌尿外科手术中的应用效果评价

摘要

目的：研究探讨临床路径管理模式在泌尿外科相关病种手术中的应用效果。方法对该院泌尿外科2010年5月-2014年3月期间收治的5种疾病共486例患者进行随机分组，其中237例患者采用临床路径管理模式，其余249例患者则采取常规模式。然后对两组患者的住院总费用、住院天数和抗生素使用天数进行比较。结果采用临床路径管理的治疗组其5种疾病的住院总费用、住院天数和抗菌素使用天数均优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径管理模式是一种质效型管理模式，对具体科室具体病种医疗质量的提高、医疗费用的降低有着巨大的作用。%Objective To investigate the clinical pathway management application results in urological surgery-related diseases. Methods The hospital urology treated from May 2010 to March 2014 during the five kinds of diseases 486 patients were random-ized, of which 237 cases of patients with clinical pathway management mode, and the remaining 249 cases of patients taking the conventional mode. Then the total cost of the two groups of patients in hospital, hospital stay and the number of days of antibiotic use for comparison. Results The clinical pathway management treated its five kinds of diseases of the total cost of hospitalization, length of hospital stay and the number of days of antibiotic use than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway management is an efficient quality management mode, raise and lower sections of the specific disease specific quality of care of medical expenses has a huge role.
