剖宫产术中8字缝合术治疗子宫下段出血的效果观察

摘要

目的：：为有效减少行剖宫产术并子宫下段出血的孕妇术后出血量,探讨临床采用8字缝合术治疗孕妇的效果.方法：选取我院2014．1~2015．2期间90例行剖宫产手术出现子宫下段出血病症的孕妇,将患者分为缝合组和填塞组,按入院时间进行分配,每组45例,填塞组施行宫腔填纱术,缝合组施行8字缝合术,观察记录两组术后恶露时间、术后一天内的出血量、手术用时以及输血量.结果：对两组孕妇各项指标比较发现,填塞组较缝合组出血量、输血量差值无意义,P ＞0．05,缝合组较填塞组恶露时间、手术用时少,P ＜0．05.结论：对于剖宫产孕妇出现子宫下段出血病症临床选用8字缝合术治疗患者恢复快、出血量少、手术用时少.%Objective:ve to reduce the amount of bleeding in pregnant women with lower uterine bleeding after cesarean section,and to explore the clinical effect of 8 word suture in the treatment of pregnant women.Methods:in our hospital from 2014.1 to 201 5.2 during the 90 cases of cesarean section surgery appears lower segment uterine bleeding disorders,pregnant women,patients were divided into su-ture group and packing group,are allocated according to the time of admission,45 cases in each group,the packing group performed uter-ine packing operation,suture group performed 8 suture surgery,observation records two after a day of lochia time after operation,the bleeding and blood transfusion amount,surgery.The Results:of comparison of two groups of pregnant women of the index,packing group than in suture group bleeding,blood transfusion volume difference is significant,P > 0.05,suture group compared with the packing group,fewer surgical lochia time,P < 0.05.Conclusion:for the treatment of uterine bleeding in patients with cesarean section,the clinical use of 8 word suture for patients with fast recovery,less bleeding,less surgery.
