目的：：分析氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床疗效.方法：选取我院2012年4月~2015年4月收治的支气管哮喘患儿100例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患儿采用氨茶碱进行治疗，观察组患儿在对照组的基础上采用盐酸氨溴索进行治疗，对比分析两组患儿的临床治疗效果.结果：观察组患儿的治疗有效率显著高于对照组，患儿的喘息消失时间、肺部湿罗音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间以及呼吸困难消失时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0．05).结论：氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床疗效显著，在临床上值得广泛推广.%Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chil-dren with bronchial asthma.Methods:selected in our hospital from April April 2012 to 201 5 in children with asthma,100 cases as the ob-ject of study were randomly divided into into the observation group and the control group,the control group were treated with aminophyl-line treatment,the observation group patients in the control group based on the use of ambroxol hydrochloride for treatment,comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect of the two groups of children.Results:observation group with the effective rate of treatment was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group,wheezing disappear time and lung wet rales disappearance time,cough disappeared time and breathing difficulties disappeared time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P < 0. 05).Conclusion:the clinical effect of aminophylline combined with hydrochloric acid ambroxol in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma is significant.In the clinical worth widely.
