V型干式缸套柴油机气缸体铸造工艺开发

摘要

The cylinder block is an important part of the engine, especially the cylinder block of V diesel engine, technical requirements more stringent, process more difficult. This paper introduces the process development of a V type dry cylinder diesel engine cylinder block, and details the core making and core assembly processes. The vertical core assembly and vertical pouring technique is used in the process. This process can be used to produce qualified casting cylinder block.
