目的：调查泸州市龙马潭区学龄前儿童乳牙龋病现状,为该区开展学龄前儿童口腔保健工作提供参考。方法采用分层、随机抽样方法,在该区12所幼儿园抽取1564名学龄前儿童进行全口龋病调查,统计乳牙患龋率、龋均、患龋牙位分布。结果 1564名学龄前儿童乳牙患龋率为36.83%,患龋者龋均为3.87。男女患龋率分别为35.86%和37.82%,患龋者龋均分别为3.61和4.12,男女患龋率和龋均比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3、4、5、6岁学龄前儿童患龋率分别为12.70%、25.50%、53.39%、57.38%,差异显著(P<0.05),但患龋者龋均分别为3.00、3.42、4.19、3.97,差异不显著(P>0.05)。下颌乳磨牙高于上颌乳磨牙,上颌乳前牙高于下颌乳前牙。结论泸州市龙马潭区学龄前儿童的口腔健康状况不太乐观,应加强口腔健康教育,提高口腔保健意识和口腔健康行为,促进儿童的健康成长。%Objective To investigate the primary teeth caries status of preschool children in Longmatan District of Luzhou city so as to provide a reference for the oral health care of preschool children. Methods A stratified, random sampling method was used to investigate the full mouth dental caries of 1564 preschool children from 12 nursery schools of Longmatan District. The prevalence of deciduous teeth caries, average caries and caries teeth distribution were counted. Results The rate of deciduous teeth caries of the 1564 preschool children was 36.83%, the average caries were 3.87. Caries prevalence rate was 35.86% and 37.82% for male and female respectively, and average caries were 3.61 and 4.12 respectively for male and female. There was no statistical significance for male and female in the rate of deciduous teeth caries and average caries (P>0.05). The rate of deciduous teeth caries was 12.70%, 25.50%, 53.39% and 57.38% in the age of 3, 4, 5, 6 years old, respectively, which presented significant difference (P<0.05). However, the average caries were 3.00, 3.42, 4.19 and 3.97 respectively among different ages and no significant difference was found (P>0.05). Mandibular deciduous molars were higher than maxillary molars, and maxillary anterior teeth exceeded mandibular anterior teeth. Conclusion The oral health of preschool children in Longmatan District of Luzhou city is not too optimistic. Education, awareness and behavior of oral health should be enhanced normally for boosting the healthy growth of children.
