Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hy-perlipidemia and hypertension. Methods 160 cases of hyperlipidemia and hypertension were selected from 2012 October -2014 year in October in our hospital as clinical research object, divided into study group and control group, 80 cases in each group. 80 cases of control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with Valsartan Capsules treatment; 80 cases in the study group used atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine treatment. Comparison of clinical effects of two groups of patients. Re-sults The effect of hypertension group the total effective rate was 91.25%higher than that of the control group 73.75%, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05); the curative effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia group, the total efficiency of 93.25%was significantly better than the control group 83.25%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with hypertension hyperlipidemia using atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine has good clinical curative effect treatment, can significantly improve the patient's blood pressure and blood lipid status, worthy of further promotion in clinical prac-tice.%目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合氨氯地平治疗高脂血症合并高血压的临床疗效。方法随机选取2012年10月-2014年10月间该院收治的160例高脂血症合并高血压患者作为临床研究对象，分为研究组和对照组，每组80例。对照组80例患者采用阿托伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦胶囊进行治疗；研究组80例患者采用阿托伐他汀钙联合氨氯地平进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组高血压疗效总有效率为91.25%优于对照组的73.75%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)；治疗组高血脂疗效总有效率为93.25%显著优于对照组的83.25%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论对高脂血症合并高血压患者采用阿托伐他汀钙联合氨氯地平进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效，可明显改善患者的血压和血脂状况，值得在临床上进一步推广。
