目的：探讨克拉霉素联合噻托溴胺治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD）患者的临床效果及肺功能的药理作用。方法方便选取该院2014年6月一2015年11月收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组各40例。观察组采用克拉霉素联合噻托溴胺进行治疗。对照组采用噻托溴胺治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的Borg评分、肺功能指标及血清CRP浓度进行比较。结果对照组患者治疗前后的Borg评分显著低于观察组患者治疗前后的Borg评分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05），治疗后观察组的肺功能指标(63.5±11.9）显著高于对照组(60.2±12.6），差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05），治疗后过程中血清CRP浓度显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05）。观察组的改善程度显著高于对照组。结论克拉霉素联合噻托溴胺治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，临床效果显著，有效提高了治疗效果，改善患者肺功能，可促进患者康复，值得临床推广。%Objective To explore joint clarithromycin Tiotropium treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung function in patients with the clinical effects of pharmacological effects. Methods Convenient in our hospital from June 2014 to November 2015 treated 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients as research subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases. Observation group clarithromycin joint Tiotropium treatment. The control group was Tiotropium treatment. Borg score of two groups of patients before and after treatment, lung function and serum CRP concentrations were compared. Results Borg scores before and after treatment of patients in the control group was significantly lower than the Borg score before and after the observation group patients, a significant dif-ference was statistically significant (P<0.05), pulmonary function after treatment observation group (63.5 ± 11.9) was signif-icantly higher than the control group (60.2 ± 12.6), the difference was significant (P<0.05), serum CRP after treatment was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The degree of improvement in the obser-vation group was significantly higher. Conclution Clarithromycin joint Tiotropium Treatment of patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease, significant clinical effect, effectively improve the treatment results in improving lung function, can promote the rehabilitation of patients, worthy of promotion.
