新型营养强化剂L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸的研究进展

L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸是一种天然含硒氨基酸,具有防治癌症、抗氧化、抗衰老、治疗心脑血管疾病、解重金属毒等作用,已于2009年被卫生部批准为新型营养强化剂.现代药理学研究表明不同形式的硒具有不同的抗癌效果,L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸被证明是有效的化学抗癌剂之一.本文对L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸的来源、抗癌作用机理、测定方法及其应用进行了综述.%As a natural selenium- containing amino acid, L- Se -methylselenocysteine has many functions such as antitumor, antioxidation, antiaging, curing cardiovascular diseases and disintoxication heavy metal and so on. It has been approved to be a new nutrient supplement by the ministry of health in 2009. The different form of selenium has different anticancer activities according to modern pharmacology studies. L - Se - methylselenocysteine has been proved to be one of the most effective anticancer agents. This paper provides a review of L - Se - methylselenocysteine of its sources, anticancer mechanism, determination method and applications.
