国内外食用油脂及其制品中食品添加剂使用规定比较研究

         

摘要

As the development of Chinese food industry,current food category system is hardly applicable to the emerging products of edible fats and oils and derived products.However,only if the food products are classified into specific food category,food manufacturers can make a decision on which food additives can be used in such products according to Chinese regulations.Currently,food category system is under adjustment.Therefore,regulations on food additives used in such categories need to be adjusted as well.This paper researched on the regulations on food additives used in edible fats and oils and derived products in China and abroad for the purpose providing available amendment suggestion.%随着我国食品工业的进步,食用油脂及其制品产品的分类越来越细化.市场上的食品都是先归入某一食品类别,然后才能按照规定使用食品添加剂.为了适应分类变化,食品添加剂在各类别中使用规定也应进行相应的调整.本文将针对国际及国内食品添加剂在食品油脂及其制品中的使用规定进行梳理调查,并对我国食用油脂及其制品中食品添加剂使用规定提出修订建议.
