葛根异黄酮对哺乳母猪血清生化指标和泌乳相关激素的影响

摘要

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of puerain on blood biochemical parameters and the hormones correlated with lactation in sow.A total of 24 Landrace sows (similar body condition,parity and due date) were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,and each group of 12 repetitions.The control group was only fed basic diet,test group was fed basic diet added puerain.The trial was from 7 days of antenatal to 21 days weaning.The results showed that:the puerain had no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes of lactation sows (P > 0.05),compared with the control group,in the 1th and 10th day,the estrogen contents of trial group were increased by 1.07%,0.79%,pro-lactin contents were increased by 6.25%,3.08%respectively (P<0.05);the growth hormone levels of treatment group in-creased by 0.51%,1.04%,2.14% in 1th,10th and 21th day (P < 0.05).In conclusion,puerain promoted the secretion of hormones associated with lactation,but had no significant effect on blood biochemical parameter.%本试验旨在研究葛根异黄酮对哺乳母猪血清生化指标和泌乳相关激素的影响。选择24头体况、胎次、预产期相近的长白母猪，随机分为2组，对照组饲喂基础日粮，试验组在基础日粮基础上添加葛根异黄酮，每组12个重复，预饲期为7 d，正式期21 d。结果表明：葛根异黄酮对哺乳母猪血清生化指标无显著影响（P>0.05）。第1、10天试验组血清中雌激素含量较对照组分别增加1.07%、0.97%，催乳素含量较对照组分别增加6.25%、3.08%（P<0.05）；试验组第1、10、21天生长激素水平较对照组分别增加0.51%、1.04%、2.14%（P<0.05）。综上可知，葛根异黄酮能促进与泌乳相关激素的分泌，而对哺乳母猪血清生化指标无显著影响。
