复合微生物菌剂在污泥发酵中的应用

         

摘要

By adopting bacterial agent of sludge facultative oxygen fermenting to carry out test on sludge fermentation, the result shows: The rising temperature effect of materials sees obvious while adding bacterial agent of sludge facultative oxygen fermenting under the same condition of fermentation, and the effect of mitigation shows good within the same fermentation time (after fermentation for 13 days, the containing water rate of materials decreases 29.8% from the original 58.4%). After fermenting, the materials assume the relaxing shape, the most particulates are thin with fishy smel , rather dry and non malodor after the materials dissolve in water. Based on the check and survey on the new sludge and materials after fermenting (blank comparison group and bacterial agent test group), the fermenting products of bacterial agent test group are mitigation and stabilization, and organic matters and nutriments excel blank comparison group, the actual application effect is fine.%采用污泥兼氧发酵菌剂进行污泥发酵试验。试验表明:在发酵条件相同的情况下,添加了污泥兼氧发酵菌剂的物料升温效果明显,且在相同的发酵时间内减量化效果好(发酵13天后,物料含水率由最初的58.4%下降到了29.8%),发酵后得到的物料呈松散状,大部分颗粒较细,有土腥味,物料较干,物料溶于水后无恶臭味;通过对新鲜污泥与发酵后物料的检测(空白对照组和菌剂试验组),菌剂试验组发酵产物在减量化(物料含水率降低速度快)、稳定化(有机污染物降解率高)及有机质、营养素保留方面都优于空白对照组,实际应用效果良好。
