具有三层结构弹性体的结构设计与ABS树脂性能研究

         

摘要

采用乳液聚合制备的聚苯乙烯(PS)为内芯,聚丁二烯(PB)为中间层,苯乙烯与丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)为外层的具有三层结构的ABS核壳结构粒子,将其与SAN树脂共混制备具有新型结构的ABS树脂.分别合成出具有不同粒子尺寸、不同PS/PB质量比的PSB复合胶乳,该胶乳用于乳液接枝制备ABS核壳结构粒子,对其结构进行微观表征,并研究了其结构特征对ABS树脂力学性能及光学性能的影响.结果表明,三层结构ABS核壳弹性体相比传统结构弹性体制备的ABS树脂,冲击韧性和拉伸强度均较高.%The three-layer ABS core-shell particles including PS inner-core,PB middle-layer and SAN outer-layer synthesized by emulsion polymerization were melt-blended with SAN resin for obtai-ning novelty structure of ABS resin.The PSB composite latex with different particle size and PS/PB ratio was synthesized and observed.The effect of the structure characteristic on the mechanical property and optical property was investigated in this paper.The Izod impact strength and tensile strength of ABS resin based on the three layer particles were higher than that of ABS resin based on the two layer particles.
