提升中小学教师信息技术应用能力的培训课程开发实践

         

摘要

本文根据国家《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》要求,基于对以往中小学教师信息技术培训的反思总结,以《教师信息技术应用能力》课程及教材的开发为实践案例,完成提升中小学教师信息技术应用能力的课程模型设计,构建了教育理论领域、教学应用领域和技术支持领域“三位一体”的培训课程,提出了新型任务驱动式教材体例结构和基于翻转课堂的教学方法,为有效落实《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》率先进行了实践探索。%In this paper, according to the national primary and secondary school teachers in information technology application ability standard, based on the relfection of previous information technology training for primary and secondary school teachers, to the teach-ers’ information technology application ability for the development of courses and teaching materials for practice case, complete as-cension design of curriculum model of primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application abilities, to build the ifeld of education theory, teaching application and technical support of the trinity in the ifeld of training course, put forward the new type of task driven teaching style structure and turn based on classroom teaching method to implement the primary and second-ary school teachers’ information technology application ability standard effectively and take the lead in the practice exploration.
