科学的教学质量认定,是高校引入在线开放课程的前提.该研究秉持价值主体需要导向的课程教学质量观,从分析高校在线开放课程教学特性与价值主体需要的契合程度出发,综合采用文献法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法等研究方法,阐释了高校在线开放课程教学质量认定的内涵,梳理了教师、学生、管理者等价值主体的需要情况,分析了高校在线开放课程的教学特性,在此基础上,对高校在线开放课程教学质量认定标准的制定过程、认定结果的生成及课程引入的程序等进行了初步探讨.%Scientific identification of teaching quality is the premise for introduction of online open courses in Universities. This study upholds the view of teaching quality oriented by the value subjects’ needs, focusing on the degree of agreement between the teaching characteristics of open online courses and the value subjects’ needs. The research explains the connotation of identification of teaching quality of online open courses, analyzes the value needs of teachers, students and administrators as well as the teaching characteristics of online open courses in universities using literature method, investigation method and Delphi method . On this basis, the paper discusses the establishment of identification standard of teaching quality of online open courses in universities, the generation of identification result and the procedure of identification and course introduction.
