基于电子病历的临床路径系统设计与实现

摘要

Objective:to research and development of the clinical path based on electronic medical record system (CP), in order to reduce the single disease average hospitalization days and medical expense, to achieve the desired diagnostic criteria of therapeutic effect. Methods:through the design principles, the data flow to describe the CP system design: establishment of a clinical pathway for tools, path execution, path quality control, path statistics four functional module to realize the clinical pathway system.
