摘要

解读新医改对区域卫生信息化及双向转诊的指导思想,在对双向转诊流程再造的基础上,总结双向转诊区域信息平台构建策略、路径和功能模块,并进一步给出平台的社会支持系统建设的意见.%The paper unscrambled the guiding ideology of regional health informationization and two-way referral in New Medical and Health System Reform.Based on process reengineering of referral, it summarized the construction strategy, pathway, and function blocks of the platform, then put forward suggestion for construction of social support system.
