大型三甲综合性医院床位预约管理系统的应用实践

摘要

目的:通过电子住院证,实现患者从门诊到住院的全流程信息化管理,达到院前床位集中预约统筹管理的目的.方法:采用PowerBuilder+Oracle+Webservice的架构方式,自主设计并开发了一套适合住院流程的床位预约管理系统,该系统操作简便,数据处理高效且安全稳定,基本上达到了临床和业务科室对患者入院流程管理的要求.结果:与传统住院模式相比,床位预约模式有效降低了患者来回奔波于病房和住院结算大厅产生的疲劳感,提升了就医满意度.结论:该模式提高了床位流转效率,改善了病房医疗秩序.%Objective:By the application of electronic hospitalization certificate,the information management of full process of the patient from outpatient to inpatient was realized,to achieve the goal of centralized hospital reservation and overall management.Methods:Applying PowerBuilder+Oracle+Web service architecture,a bed reservation management system suitable for our hospital has been designed and developed independently,which is easy to operate,and the data processing is efficient,safe and stable.It basically reached the clinical and business departments of the patient admission process management requirements.Results:Compared with the traditional inpatient model,the bed reservation model effectively reduces the fatigue caused by the patient rushing back and forth in the ward and the inpatient settlement Hall,improves satisfaction with medical care.Conclusion:This model improves the efficiency of the transfer of beds in our hospital and the ward medical order.
