Soleris检测技术在生乳细菌总数快速测定中的应用

         

摘要

A method of real-time photoelectric microbial detection technology is developed for the rapid determination of total bacterial count by using Soleris system in this paper. Based on the GB plate method, a standard curve of Soleris method for total bacteria detection of raw milk was prepared and veriifed, the standard curve was: Log CFU=7.634-0.472×DT(R2=-0.93). T test showed that there was no signiifcant difference between the results of Soleris method and the traditional method,P < 0.05, RSD value of repetitive veriifcation test was within the range of 5%. Compared with the traditional method, the Sloeris method is simple and quick can shorten the test time for at least 38 h. It is a feasible method for detection of total bacteria.%通过使用Soleris仪器,建立了一种将实时光电微生物检测技术用于细菌总数快速测定的方法。实验得到了生乳细菌总数标准曲线Log CFU=7.634-0.472×DT(R2=-0.93);并用国标平板计数法对标准曲线进行了验证,结果表明Soleris法测得的结果与平板计数结果之间没有显著性差异,P<0.05,重复性实验结果RSD值均小于5%。与平板计数法相比,该方法具有检测时间短、操作简单快捷等优点,可使检测时间缩短至少38 h,是一种可行的生乳细菌总数检测方法。
