目的：探究替罗非班在治疗急性冠脉综合征中的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院就诊的81例急性冠脉综合征患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组40例患者，治疗组41例患者。对照组采用低分子肝素钙注射治疗，治疗组采用替罗非班进行治疗。对两组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果在本次研究中，治疗组中，治疗总有效率为65%高于对照组，P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对急性冠脉综合征患者采用替罗非班进行治疗，治疗效果明显，安全性比较高。%Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect on tiroifban in treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Methods Selected 81 cases with acute coronary artery syndrome patients as the research object in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group of 40 patients, the treatment group of 41 cases.the control group were treated with nadroparin calcium injection treatment, treatment group were treated by tirofiban. comparative analysis treatment effect of two groups. Results The treatment group total efifciency of treatment was 65%. higher than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Syndrome were treated with tiroifban treatment on acute coronary, obvious curative effect and high safety.
