肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的治疗体会

摘要

Objective To search for the cause of PUJ obstruction, diagnosis and effective treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 cases of renal pelvis and ureter in our hospital from 2013 August to 2014 August were analyzed.Results Factors of ureteropelvic junction obstruction were including ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) stenosis, valvular, polyps and high ureter, UPJ power function disorder, aberrant vessels or vice vascular compression of ureteropelvic junction, diagnosis and treatment were including the renal pelvis and ureter open angioplasty, cutting angioplasty, the laparoscopic renal pelvis percutaneous renal puncture endopyelotomy, ureteroscopic endopyelotomy etc.Conclusion Before the diagnosis of PUJ obstruction, examination and appropriate diagnosis shoulde be made, usually by intravenous urography (IVU), retrograde urography (RGU) and other effective means of inspection.%目的：寻找肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的原因，探讨有效的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析我院2013年8月～2014年8月收治的36例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻患者的临床资料。结果肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的因素有肾盂输尿管连接部（UPJ）狭窄、瓣膜、息肉和高位输尿管开口，UPJ处动力性功能失调，迷走血管或副血管压迫肾盂输尿管连接部；诊治方法有开放性肾盂输尿管成形术、腹腔镜肾盂裁剪成形术、经皮肾穿刺肾盂内切开术、输尿管镜肾盂内切开术等。结论在对PUJ梗阻进行诊断之前应做出适当的检查和诊断，通常采用静脉尿路造影（IVU）、逆行性造影（RGU）等有效的检查手段。
