全程药学服务干预促进小儿慢性咳嗽临床合理用药效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course pharmaceutical care intervention to promote rational drug use of children with chronic cough.Methods 180 cases of children with chronic cough conifrmed by pediatric outpatient department of hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 90 cases in each group. Control group took conventional treatment and observation group in the traditional treatment based on the implementation of the whole process of pharmaceutical care intervention. Compared with the two groups of patients with inhaled corticosteroids, intravenous injection of antibiotics, the use of oral antibiotics.ResultsIn the observation group, the use of inhaled corticosteroids, intravenous antibiotics, oral antibiotics were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionWhole-course pharmaceutical care intervention can promote clinical rational drug use of children with chronic cough and reduce treatment cost.%目的：探究全程药学服务干预促进小儿慢性咳嗽临床合理用药的效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年4月我院收治的180例经我院儿科门诊确诊为小儿慢性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组各90例。对照组实施传统治疗方式，观察组在传统治疗的基础上实施全程药学服务干预。干预后，比较两组患者吸入性糖皮质激素使用率、静脉注射抗菌药物、口服抗菌药物的使用人数。结果观察组吸入性糖皮质激素、静脉注射抗菌药物、口服抗菌药物的使用人数皆低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全程药学服务干预可以促进小儿慢性咳嗽临床合理用药，降低治疗费用。
