《执业兽医管理办法》实施过程中的若干问题调查

摘要

Professional veterinarian system has been implented for 7 years,and it was of great significance in promoting the new veterinarian system and improving the quality of veterinarian staff. With the development of animal husbandry and the changing of animal disease prevention and control,many new requirements are asked for veterinary practicing institutions. According to the actual situation of evaluation research,suggestions from the aspects of the examination mechanism,the registeration mechanism,the equipment scope,the continuing education system and the construction of related association of professional veterinarian were put forward,in order to provide reference for related legislation.%执业兽医考试制度自实施以来对于推进新型兽医制度建设，不断提升兽医人员素质发挥了重要作用。但随着社会、经济、畜牧业的不断发展，以及动物疫病防治形式的不断变化，执业兽医制度也不断面临着新的挑战。为解决当前执业兽医制度中存在的问题，农业部开展了《执业兽医管理办法》立法后评估调研工作。本文根据评估调研的实际情况，从执业兽医考试制度、执业兽医注册制度、执业兽医配备范围、执业兽医继续教育制度以及兽医行业协会建设等方面提出了改革意见，以期为相关立法提供建议。
