响应曲面法优化微絮凝-微滤工艺

         

摘要

为提高微滤膜的水通量和延长使用寿命,研究了絮凝条件对微絮凝-微滤工艺的影响.采用单因素法确定絮凝剂投加量范围,并借助响应曲面法建立了以水通量、跨膜压差变化率为响应值的二次回归模型,通过求解确定了微絮凝-微滤工艺的最佳絮凝条件:慢速搅拌速率为26 r·min-1,慢速搅拌时间为6.09 min,絮凝剂投加量为0.11 mg·L-1.验证实验值与模型预测值相吻合.%To improve microfiltration membrance water-flux and prolong its service life,the effects of flocculation conditions on micro flocculation-microfiltration process were studied.The range of flocculant dosage was determined by a single factor method.A quadratic regression model was established by a response surface methodology with water-flux and change rate of transmembrane pressure difference as response values.The optimal flocculation conditions of micro flocculation-microfiltration process were as follows:slow stirring speed was 26 r·min-1,slow stirring time was 6.09 min,and flocculant dosage was 0.11 mg·L-1.Meanwhile,the confirmatory experiment values were fitted with the predicted values of the model.
