We screened six dominant bacteria from activated sludge in aeration pool of coking wastewater treatment unit.Through comparison of the degradation properties of six dominant bacteria to coking wastewater,we successfully obtained a dominant bacterium with strong degradation ability,of which the remov-al rate of COD,volatile phenol,and chromaticity was 75.30%,59.07%,and 45.20%,respectively.The growth curve analysis of the dominant bacterium indicate that the best process parameter of F/M value should between 3 000 kgBOD5·(kgMLSS·d)-1and 60 000 kgBOD5·(kgMLSS·d)-1.The results of single-factor experi-ment and orthogonal experiment show that the effect of each factor on the degradation ability of coking wastewater is temperature,ventilation volume,and wastewater pH value.Under the optimal degradation condi-tions as follows:the wastewater pH value of 7,the temperature of 30 ℃,and the ventilation volume of 0.8 L· min-1,the treatment efficiency of the dominant bacterium to coking wastewater is the best with COD removal rate of 88.14%.%从某焦化废水处理站曝气池的活性污泥中筛选到 6 株优势菌,通过比较 6 株优势菌对焦化废水的降解特性,最终筛选到 1 株具有较强降解能力的菌株,该菌株对焦化废水的COD去除率为 75.30%、挥发酚去除率为 59.07%、色度去除率为45.20%.优势菌生长曲线分析表明,最佳工艺参数 F/M值在 3000~60 000 kgBOD5·(kgMLSS·d)-1之间.单因素实验和正交实验结果表明,各因素对焦化废水降解能力的影响大小依次为:温度>通气量>废水 pH 值,最佳降解环境为废水 pH 值 7 、温度 30 ℃、通气量 0.8 L·min-1,此时,对焦化废水的处理效果最佳,COD去除率达到88.14%.
