微乳体系应用于制备固体超强酸催化剂的研究

摘要

The superacid catalyst S 4 O8 2-/ZnSO4-SnO2 was prepared by microemulsion method in OP-10-butanol/cyclohexane sys-tem,on the basis of microemulsion theory.The catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst was evaluated by esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol.The optimal preparation condition of solid superacid S 2 O8 2-/ZnSO4-SnO2 was showed as follow:mSnO2/mZnSO4=30︰70,aging time 24 h,impregnatal concentration 2.0 mol· L-1 ,calcination temperature 550℃,calcination time 3.0 h;The vol-ume ratio of oil phase to water phase ( R)=50:100.The physic-chemical properties of the materials were characterized by XRD、FT-IR、TG-DTA、BET and SEM techniques.%依据微乳理论，运用OP-10/环己烷/正丁醇微乳体系，制备出以硫酸锌为基体的固体超强酸S2 O82-/Zn-SO4-SnO2。以乙酸丁酯合成反应为探针反应，得出固体超强酸S2 O82-/ZnSO4-SnO2制备的优化条件：mSnO2/mZnO＝30：70、陈化时间为24 h、浸渍液浓度2.0 mol· L-1、焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间3.0 h，油相与水相体积比（ R）＝50︰100并对其进行了XRD、FTIR、TG-DTA、BET和SEM技术分析。
