锌片上多形貌ZnO微晶的水热合成及生长机理

         

摘要

在碱性水热体系中,以锌片为锌原料,用蒸馏水、NH3·H2O、NaOH和乙二胺作矿化剂,在锌片上制备了ZnO微晶,实验结果表明,矿化剂的浓度、分子结构及溶液的饱和蒸气压都显著影响ZnO晶体的生长习性,使得样品的晶体形貌呈现不同的特点,利用XRD谱中各晶面的衍射强度对晶体形貌特征进行了推测,并通过SEM进行了形貌验证,探讨了以锌片为原料制备ZnO微晶的生长机理.%Using zincpieces as raw material to provide nourishment for ZnO crystal growth, ZnO crystal was synthesized on the zinc foils through hydrothermal method. Distilled water, NH3 ? H2O, NaOH and ethylene-diamine were used as mineralizer to keep hydrothermal environment as alkaline. The results showed that the concentration, molecular structure and solvent saturated vapor pressure of mineralizer affected the ZnO crystal growth habit remarkably, resulting in different final crystal morphologies. The feature of crystal morphology was speculated by X-ray diffraction intensity of crystal plane, which was validated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Moreover, crystal growth mechanism of ZnO crystallite on the zinc foil was discussed.
