合股加弹机双丝道生产单股丝的技术改造

摘要

Using semi dull 56dtex/36f POY as raw material , study the way of producing single yarn on ATF1500 double filament DTY interlacing machine. The results show that, by modifying intermingle nozzle, heater and winding method on ATF1500, the machine can produce high quality single filament products and capacity is doubled compare to normal single filament DTY machine.%以56 dtex/36 f规格半消光POY为原料，对在ATF1500型合股加弹机上双丝道同时加工单股丝进行了试验研究。结果表明，通过对 ATF1500型合股加弹机的网络喷嘴、定型热箱、卷绕方式进行改造后，可以生产出优质的单股丝，并且产量是普通单股加弹机的两倍。
