EK101型硫化氢选择性氧化制硫催化剂的研究

         

摘要

采用共沉淀法制备了含铝、钛、硅等元素的EK101硫化氢选择性氧化催化剂,并讨论了催化剂在各使用工艺条件下的性能. 实验表明,催化剂在常压,230℃~310℃,空速<2 000 h-1 ,进口硫化氢体积分数1.2%~4.4%、氧硫比0.94~1.04,二氧化碳体积分数65%~92%的条件下转化率和选择性分别可达97%和98%以上,硫磺回收率可达95%以上. 催化剂经500 h稳定性试验后仍具有稳定的转化率和选择性.%EK101 hydrogen sulfide selective oxidation catalyst containing elements like aluminum , titanium and silicon was prepared with coprecipitation method, the performances of the catalyst in various process conditions are discussed herein.The result presents that under the conditions of atmospheric pressure, 230℃~310℃,air speed<2 000 h -1 , 1.2%~4.4%of volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide at inlet, 0.94~1.04 of sulfur/oxygen ratio and 65%~92% of CO2volume fraction, the conversion rate and selectivity of the catalyst can reach above 97% and 98% respectively, and the recovery rate of sulfur can reach above 95%.After 500h stability test, the catalyst still possesses stable conversion rate and selectivity.
