宽温耐硫CO变换装置设备布置探讨

摘要

In this paper, the CO shift unit of a Xinjiang coal based SNG project is taken for an example, process solutions and flow scheme of sulfur tolerant CO shift unit are discussed. The strengths and weaknesses of the equipment layout of conventional CO shift projects are analyzed, compared and the optimized layout scheme for CO shift unit is proposed.%以新疆某煤制天然气项目的CO变换装置为例，论述了煤气化工厂中宽温耐硫CO变换装置的工艺技术方案及流程，通过对传统CO变换装置设备布置的优点与不足进行分析比较，提出了CO变换布置的优化方案。
