夹套容器改进型圆环加强圈的设计

摘要

夹套容器中内筒和夹套筒体间的间隙一般较小,对于夹套内压力较高或内筒长径比较大的容器,满足要求的加强圈的结构尺寸往往不足以布置在如此狭小的间隙内.针对此情况,提出了一种改进的加强圈结构,该结构既降低了设备用材和制造运输成本,又节约了设备投资费用.%As the clearance between the inner cylinder and jacketed cylindrical shell is usually small,aqualified reinforcing ring for vessels with high pressure inside the jacket or a long cylinder usually cannot be installed in such a narrow space because of its size and structure.Against this circumstance,this paper proposes a modified reinforcing ring structure,which costs less inrawmaterial,manufacturing and transportation and saves investment cost for the equipment.
