环丁烷四甲酸二酐母液回收工艺研究

摘要

以碳酸二乙酯为溶剂,顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,高压汞灯照射下进行[2+2]环加成反应,在合成目标产物后,收集反应溶液,进行母液回收工艺研究.溶剂和原料的回收条件分别为72℃,-0.097MPa和41℃,-0.083MPa.合成溶剂碳酸二乙酯和洗涤溶剂无水乙醇的回收率可达96％以上,原料顺丁烯二酸酐回收率为84％.并分析了原料回收率低于溶剂回收率的原因.%With diethyl carbonate solvent,maleic anhydride as raw material,under the high pressure mercury lamp irradiation [2+2] cycloaddition,on the basis of the synthesis of target products,mother liquor recycling technology was studied.Raw material and solvent recovery conditions were 72℃,-0.097MPa and 41℃,-0.083MPa.Synthetic solvents diethyl carbonate and washed with ethanol solvent recovery up to 96％,raw maleic anhydride recovery was 84％.It analyzes the reasons for the recovery of raw materials is lower than the solvent recovery.
