轮胎热解焦镍催化剂的制备及在秸秆热解燃气重整中的应用

     

摘要

Used the tyre char (TC) was used as a supported to preparation Ni/TC catalyst by homogeneous precipitation method,and different approaches including EDX,SEM,XRD,TG and BET were used to characterize the synthetic catalysts.Meanwhile,the catalytic performance of Ni/TC catalyst in straw pyrolysis was tested by tube furnace,The effect of pyrolysis temperature,holding time,nickel loading and usage time on the straw pyrolysis gas reforming was investigated.The results indicated that the prepared Ni/TC was well loaded,uniform dispersion and has good thermal stability with a specific surface area of 51m2· g-1,and there were Ni3ZnC0.7 structure exists in the catalyst.The catalytiv activity testing showed that Ni / TC catalyst had a very high catalytic activity in pyrolysis of biomass straw,It could obviously improve the Burning gas content of the gas,The gasification temperature was 750℃,the holding time was 20min and the Ni loading was 30% when the catalytic efficiency of Ni/TC catalyst was the high-est.After 850min continuous use of catalyst,the content of H2 in gas still relatively increased to over 50%,the catalytic activity was still strong and tends to be stable.%以废弃汽车外轮胎热解后的副产物轮胎碳为原料,利用均匀沉淀法制备以轮胎焦(Tyre char,TC)为载体的负载型Ni/TC催化剂,采用EDX、SEM、XRD、TG、BET手段对催化剂进行了表征与分析,同时使用管式炉测试了Ni/TC催化剂在秸秆热解中的催化性能,并考察了热解温度,保温时间,镍负载量,使用时间对秸秆热解燃气重整效果的影响.研究结果表明;Ni/TC催化剂存在Ni3ZnC0.7结构,活性组分负载良好,分散均匀,热稳定性好,比表面积为51m2·g-1.催化剂活性测试显示:Ni/TC催化剂用于作物秸秆气化燃气重整具有极强的催化活性,可显著提高燃气中可燃气体含量;气化温度在750℃、保温时间20min、30%的Ni负载量时Ni/TC催化剂的催化效率最高,连续使用850min后,燃气中的H2含量仍相对提高到50%以上,催化活性依然较强且趋于稳定.
