Through teaching experiment on endurance events , implementing the intervention of exercise prescrip-tion, this paper observes the change of students ’ endurance, and makes statistical analysis on experimental data by using factor analysis of variance .The result shows that the using of exercise prescription to intervene middle school students ’ fitness development has better effect than ordinary teaching method .%通过耐力类项目的教学实验,施以运动处方的干预方法,观察学生耐力的变化情况,并运用单因素方差分析对所得实验数据进行统计分析。结果显示:采用运动处方的形式干预中学生体能发展,效果明显好于一般的教学形式。
