分光光度法测定两种饮料中Vc的含量

         

摘要

The content of Vitamin C in two drinks of juice were detected using the spectrophotometric method. The results showed that the optimum condition is : wavelength of 500nm,bath time for 3 h,the dosage of activated carbon of 1.0g,and temperature of 37.2℃. Linear regression equation wasY= 0.0234X+0.0679,and correlation coefficient wasR2 = 0.9967. The content of vitamin C in 500 mL solution of juice was 157.8 mg and 314.2 mg,respectively. The added recovery of cabbage was between 96.4%~101.1%. The precision was 0.04975.%利用分光光度法测定了果汁饮料中维生素C(Vc)的含量。吸收波长为500nm,活性炭用量1g,水浴时间3h,温度37.2℃为最佳实验条件。 Vc标准溶液的线性回归方程为Y=0.0234X+0.0679,线性相关系数R2=0.9967。测定结果表明,500mL样品1中Vc的含量为157.8mg,500mL样品2中Vc的含量为314.2mg。 Vc标样的加标回收率为96.4%~101.1%,精密度S为0.04975。
