学导-案例式教学法在免疫学教学中的运用

         

摘要

Medical immunology is such an abstruse and abstract subject that quite a few students inevitably have fear and difficulties in learning this course .The traditional teaching mode is likely to result in students ’ passive learning attitude and unsatisfactory learning effectiveness.The application of guidance-cases teaching method , which makes the guided teaching approach as a main line and in-tegrates it with case explanation to deepen the understanding of this subject , is more likely to help students develop not only the capaci-ty to study independently but the exploration spirit to find and resolve problems .This paper introduces the connotation , procedure , ap-proach and advantages of guidance-cases teaching method .%免疫学是一门所含知识广博、深奥、抽象的学科,学生学习过程中难免会感到困难,产生畏学心理。传统教学法容易导致学生学习被动,达不到理想效果。结合学导式教学和教学过程中的案例穿插讲解,以学导教学为主线,通过案例讲解加深学生对所学内容的理解,能很好地培养学生自学能力,同时挖掘学生发现和解决问题的探索精神。在此介绍学导-案例式教学法的内涵、实施过程和方法以及特色与优点。
