基于转向回正性能的主销内倾角和主销后倾角解析研究

摘要

基于“驾驶员-汽车”系统转向控制力学分析,推导出了转向力矩的计算模型,并根据此计算模型及相关国家标准要求建立了残余横摆角速度与前轮定位参数的函数关系.在此基础上,提出了考虑转向回正性能的主销内倾角和主销后倾角解析设计理论,并通过对某轻型货车进行实例计算和试验验证,证明优化后汽车的转向回正性能更好.%Based on the analysis on "driver-car" steering control force, this paper derives the calculation model for steering moments, and based on the calculation model and related national standards, establishes the function relations between residual yaw-rate and front wheel positioning parameters. On such basis, a theory for the optimization of kingpin angle and caster angle based on the steering returnability is proposed. Calculation on the light duty vehicle and test results show that optimized automobile has better steering returnability performance.
