动态条件下基于在线参数估计的故障定位算法

         

摘要

提出一种动态条件下基于在线参数估计的故障定位算法,分析了动态条件下在线估计参数的分布规律,得到了确定的线路参数估计值;并将估计结果作为线路参数修正过程的基准值,这样就将在线参数估计与参数的实时修正有效地结合起来,从而改进了动态条件下基于线路参数修正的故障定位算法.新算法不仅很好地保持了系统动态条件下对线路参数修正的能力,还能通过在线参数估计将线路运行过程中参数的不确定性反映到准确的线路参数估计值中,从而大大提高了线路参数的精度,进而改善了测距的精度.应用PSCAD/EMTDC软件模拟各种工况对算法进行验证,并对已有主要文献提出的几种算法进行了对比仿真.仿真结果表明:文中算法在动态条件下具有很高的故障定位精度,且测距结果稳定可靠,不受故障位置、过渡电阻、故障类型等影响.%This paper presents a fault location method based on the equivalent line parameter model under dynamic conditions.The distribution regularities of line parameter estimations are analyzed.The line parameter values are corrected in the reference value by combining the online estimation of line parameters with real-time parameter correction.The method is able to correct the effects of surroundings and system dynamic conditions on the line parameters in real-time,thereby significantly improves the fault location accuracy.PSCAD/EMTDC software is used to simulate various conditions in order to verify the proposed method and to give comparative analysis for several existing methods in the literature.Simulation results show that:comparing with a variety of algorithms in existing literatures under dynamic conditions,this method has a higher fault location accuracy and the location results are stable and reliable; in addition,it is not sensitive to transition resistance,fault type and fault location,etc.
