自动固相萃取 GC/MS 测定水中半挥发性有机物方法探讨

         

摘要

应用美国J2自动固相萃取仪富集24种半挥发性有机物,用GC-MS定性定量分析。研究了3种固相萃取柱、pH值、洗脱溶剂种类对回收率的影响,并优化萃取条件。结果表明,不同种类C18柱对24种半挥发有机物萃取程度不同,ENVI-C18柱对2,4-二氯苯酚、硝基氯苯、2,4,6-三氯苯酚等11种化合物具有较好的选择性,低、中、高3个浓度的回收率为62.0%~114.0%,该方法适合检测地表水和地下水中痕量的上述11种半挥发性有机物。%The 24 semi -volatility organic compounds , including nitrobenzene , nitryl chlorobenzenes , dinitrobenzene , phenolic compounds ,phthalates ,were absorbed by ASPE and verified by the qualitative and quantitative analysis of GC/MS .Three types of different SPE columns ,pH and elution solvents on the recovery of the SVOCs were studied and the conditions of SPE were optimized . The results which indicated that ENVI-C18 column had a good selectivity for phenolic compounds ,nitryl chlorobenzenes ,2 ,4 ,6-trichlorophenol and the other 11 compounds .The recovery of low ,middle and high concentration was 62 .0% ~114 .0% .The method was applicable to analysis of 11 trace SVOCs in surface water and ground water .
