Analyze and compare three diferent masses and types of buildings which are built contemporarily in Manchester UK through sustainable architecture design strategies based on context and thread of new-type urbanization normalcy. Then, conclude a basic series of civil architecture design strategies under a high-urbanized situation in the UK at present, and exploring adaptive sustainable architecture design strategies which suit for recent China.%以新型城市化常态为脉络及线索，通过可持续建筑设计策略为引导对英国曼彻斯特市建于当代的三种不同体量与类型的建筑物进行分析和比较，总结和归纳英国高度城市化现状下的常见民用建筑的设计策略，探究适合我国新常态城市化下的适应性可持续建筑设计策略。
