抗氧化剂168的高效液相色谱法分析

摘要

The method of analytical antioxidants 168 by high performance liquid chromatography was carried out. Methanol/ethyl acetate was used as mobile phase. The experiment showed that the linear range is between the concentration from 0. 2 mg/mL to 0. 8 mg/mL. Through five sets of parallel data,the standard deviation is 0.011 and the mass recovery is between 99.7% and 102.7%.%探讨了抗氧化剂168的高效液相色谱分析方法,采用甲醇/乙酸乙酯作流动相.实验表明,在0.2～0.8 mg/mL具有较好的线性,平行测定5组数据,其标准偏差为0.011,质量回收率99.7％ ～ 102.7％.
