以煤化工产品为烯烃原料,通过与苯的烷基化反应,并在氢氟酸催化剂的作用下合成了重烷基苯.考察反应温度、压力和时间、苯烯摩尔比及催化剂用量对反应的影响.结果表明,在反应温度90 ℃,压力0.5 MPa,反应3.5h,苯烯摩尔比8.33,催化剂用量9%条件下,液体收率84.3%,重烷基苯、饱和烷烃和副产物的产率分别为96.2%,17.4%和5.8%,82.4%的苯回收率说明苯可以循环利用.由此证明以煤化工产品为烯烃替代原料,与苯通过烷基化生成重烷基苯反应的可行性.%Coal chemical industry product was used as alkene to alkylate with benzene in order to produce heavy alkylbenzene in the presence of hydrofluoric acid catalyst.The influence of the reaction temperature,pressure,time,the molar ratio of benzene and the amount of catalyst on reaction were investigated.Result showed when the reaction temperature were 90 ℃,the pressure were 0.5 MPa,the reaction time were 3.5 h,the molar ratio of benzene to alkene were 8.33,the catalyst amount were 9 %,the liquid yield was 84.3%,the yield of heavy alkylbenzene,alkane and by-product were 96.2%,17.4% and 5.8%,respectively.Benzene recovery of 82.4% reflected the recycling of it.Therefore,the feasibility of coal chemical products as alkene to alkylate with benzene of producing heavy alkylbenzene was proved.
