Immiscible PDMS and SiO2were dissolved in toluene solvent,and PDMS/SiO2nanocomposite was prepared by mechanical stirring,the surface of the pattern was treated by spraying.The wettability of the surface of paper was measured by the contact angle measuring instrument;the morphology and rough-ness of the paper surface were measured by scanning electron microscopy(SEM);and the change of sur-face elements was analyzed by EDS;the abrasion resistance on the surface of the paper was tested by using the sand paper.The results show that the PDMS/SiO2nanocomposite can not only have adhesion to the surface of paper but aslo change the wettability of its surface,and does not affect its transparency,hav-ing good abrasion resistance.Therefore,the protection can be used in paper photograph,archives etc.%将互不相容的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、SiO2溶解在甲苯溶剂中,通过机械搅拌制备PDMS/SiO2纳米复合材料,采用喷涂方法对纸样表面进行处理,检测纸样的湿润性、表面形貌和粗糙度、表面元素以及表面耐磨性.结果表明,PDMS/SiO2纳米复合材料不仅可以粘附在纸样表面,而且可以改变纸样表面润湿性,不影响其表面透明性,具有很好的耐磨性,可应用在纸质照片、档案等方面的保护.
