微波辅助萃取在色谱分析样品前处理中的应用

微波辅助萃取具有萃取效率高、速度快、消耗溶剂量少、操作简单等优点.简要总结了微波辅助萃取技术在色谱分析样品前处理中的应用进展.提出了微波辅助萃取存在的问题,展望了微波辅助萃取发展趋势.%Microwave-assisted extraction has the advantages of high efficiency,rapid extraction,less con-sumption of solvents and ease of operation.The progress of the application of microwave-assisted extraction in the sample pretreatment of chromatographic analysis is briefly summarized.The problems in microwave-assisted extraction are proposed,and the development trend of microwave-assisted extraction is pointed out.
