采用热机械分析法(TMA)测试了RDX基高能发射药的线膨胀系数,讨论了GAP-ETPE/NC比例、RDX粒度及含量对线膨胀系数的影响.结果表明,随着粘结剂体系中GAP-ETPE/NC比例的增加,线膨胀系数升高;RDX粒度的改变对线膨胀系数影响较小;随着RDX含量的增加,线膨胀系数降低.当GAP-ETPE/NC比例由0:1变为1:0时,试样的线膨胀系数提高了82.71%;当RDX含量由60%增加到70%时,线膨胀系数降低了24.89%.%The linear expansion coefficient of RDX-based high energy propellant was studied by thermal mechanical analysis method.The influence of GAP-ETPE/NC ratio,particle size and content of RDX on the linear expansion coefficient was discussed.The results show that with the increase of the GAP-ETPE/NC ratio in the binder system,the linear expansion coefficient of the RDX-based high energy propellant sample increases gradually.The variation of the particle size of the RDX has little effect on the linear ex-pansion coefficient of the high energy propellant.As the increase of the content of RDX,the linear expan-sion coefficient of the RDX-based high energy propellant sample reduces gradually.When the GAP-ETPE/NC ratio changes from 0:1 to 1:0,the linear expansion coefficient of the sample increases by 82.71%.The linear expansion coefficient decreases by 24.89%when the content of RDX increases from 60%to 70%.
