猪蓝耳病卵黄抗体的制备与初步应用试验

         

摘要

The research aimed to prepare the highly-immunized yolk antibody of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) and study its treatment effect. Laying hens were immunized with NVDC-JXA1 strain of inactivated vaccine of highly pathogenic PRRS virus and highly-immunized eggs were collected. The highly-immunized yolk antibody of PRRS was prepared by water dilution and extraction method and aseptic examination, security detection, effectiveness detection and animal protection test were conducted. And it was applied in the clinic practice to observe the treatment effect. The results showed that the agar diffusion titer of the highly-immunized yolk antibody of PRRS prepared by this method reached 1:32, the protection rate reached 100% and the cure rate in the clinic test was 84.5%. The research indicated that the preparation of specific yolk antibody of PRRS was simple and cheap and it could be used in the clinic treatment of PRRS.%为了制备猪蓝耳病(PRRS)高免卵黄抗体,并对其治疗效果进行研究,采用高致病性猪蓝耳病灭活疫苗(NVDC—JXA1株)免疫产蛋鸡,收集高免蛋,通过水稀释提取法制备PRRS高免卵黄抗体,对其进行无菌检验、安全性检测、效力检验及动物保护性试验,并将其应用于临床实践,观察其治疗效果。结果发现,该方法制备的PRRS高免卵黄抗体琼脂扩散效价达到1:32,保护率达100%,临床试验治愈率为84.5%。研究表明,PRRS特异性卵黄抗体的制备具有操作简便、成本低廉等特点,可以用于PRRS临床治疗。
