结论 2 型糖尿病患者下肢局部氧分压测定对于早期诊断糖尿病周围神经病变有一定的临床价值.%Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of transcutaneous oxygen pressure (TcPO2) in dorsalis pedis and the occurrence of peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods According to the EMG results, 115 cases of type 2 diabetic were divided into two groups: 66 patients with peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and 49 cases without neuropathy (NDPN). In addition, 40 normal participants were served as the control group(Con). The TcPO2 in dorsalis pedis was detected in all subjects by TCM—400, and the monitoring results and the abnormality rates were compared between groups. Results The TcPO2 level of Type 2 diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy group was significantly lower than that of the non—peripheral neuropathy group of Type 2 diabetes patients PP < 0.05 ) and the control group(P <0.05). The abnormal rate of TcPO2 in the group of normal participants, type 2 diabetes patients without peripheral neuropathy, type 2 diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy was 12.5%,34.0%, and 81.8% respectively. Conclusion Transcutaneous oxygen pressure test for the lower limbs of patients with type 2 diabetes in the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has certain clinical value.
