目的：探讨术前同步放化疗治疗低位局部进展期直肠癌的疗效。方法回顾分析我院22例术前放化疗的低位进展期直肠癌患者临床资料，进行2个周期SOX方案化疗联合放疗，放化疗结束后行根治术。结果全部患者肿瘤分期下降，肿块缩小，距肛缘距离增大，血癌胚抗原值下降。18例患者行直肠癌Dixon术，保肛率为81．82％（18/22），无围手术期死亡。结论术前同步放化疗治疗低位局部进展期直肠癌疗效佳，安全性好。%Ojective To explore the efficacy of preoperative concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy on locally advanced lower colorec-tal cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 22 cases of patients receiving preoperative chemoradiotherapy on locally ad-vanced lower colorectal cancer in our hospital.After SOX regimen was used for chemotherapy comprising two cycles,external radiotherapy was performed.Colorectal cancer resection was performed after a combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results All patients had de-creased clinical stages,reduced tumor sizes,increased distances from the anal margin,and decreased levels of blood leukemia antigen.Eight-een patients received Dixon surgery.The overall sphincter preservation rate was 81 .82%(1 8/22)with no perioperative mortality.Conclu-sions Preoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced lower colorectal cancer has better effect and greater safety.
