应用PCR技术检测牛奶中的无乳链球菌

摘要

Objective According to published Str. agalactiae STRA - Agl - 23 - 1D gene nu-cleotide sequences, a pair of primers were designed and synthesized. 12 DNA samples from milk of mastitisbovines were used for PCR.9 DNA products (360 bp) were generated by PCR,but nothing from negativecontrol strain. The nucleotide sequences of two DNA fragments were analysed,both DNA fragments belongto STRA- Agl- 23- 1D gene.
