农村信用社绩效评价研究——基于平衡计分卡原理的使用

以长沙县信用联社为例，主要介绍了利用平衡计分卡进行绩效评价的优势，具体指标的设计并利用指标设计对长沙县农村信用联社进行绩效评价，得出长沙县信用联社绩效能力一般的结论，并从平衡计分卡的四个方面提出针对农村信用社提高经营绩效能力的建议对策。%Taking changsha County Credit Union for example, this paper mainly introduced the index design and the advantages to finish the performance evaluation of the rural credit cooperatives with The Balanced Scorecard. Through the case of evaluation got the conclusion that the performance of Changsha County is general, and then putted forward the suggestions aimed at improving rural credit cooperatives operating performance from the four aspects of The Balanced Scorecard.
